I'm Yaroslav Synko, a senior portfolio and transformation leader with over 25 years in IT and enterprise solutions, including 18+ years leading SAP-driven transformations across regulated, multi-country environments.

My focus is strategic portfolio structuring, PMO and delivery-system design, and executive advisory — building governance frameworks that give boards and C-level stakeholders clear, fact-based trade-offs instead of noise.

I've built and led PMOs and Centers of Excellence from the ground up, managed teams of 100+ directly and 1,000+ indirectly, and kept delivery on track through crisis — including stabilizing a 120+ project portfolio during wartime disruption in Ukraine.
